Sherry LeBlanc, MCC CPT CEC
Sherry brings an unwavering dedication to supporting executives, entrepreneurs and whole organizations in their pursuit of professional and personal success. Sherry holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (2001) from Royal Roads University and is also Assistant Faculty Member, Certification Evaluator, and Mentor Coach. Annar Rayani, CHRP
Annar has extensive experience in human resource and business management in a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing, and hospitality. Her areas of expertise include Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management. Annar is a member of the B.C. Human Resources Management Association and holds a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation. She is currently pursuing the B.C. Provincial Instructor Diploma. Duane Radcliffe, B.PE. MBA CHRP
Duane leverages his extensive experience in regional, national, and international human resources leadership to focus on leading the development and successful implementation of human resource strategies for emerging companies, joint venture human resource integration, organizational change, and development initiatives for growth organizations. He is a faculty member of the School of Business at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, instructing in both Bachelor of Business Administration programs for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Human Resource Management. He is also the current program Chair for the Human Resources Management program. Duane received a Masters of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and holds the professional designation of Certified Human Resources Professional.
Chris Burt
Chris draws from his experience in broadcast media and technology working with companies worldwide to leverage technological investments. The maximum collaboration equals maximum productivity idea followed through a successful sales career in the automated data collection industry as the manager of a worldwide manufacturer’s North American distribution channel representing 16,000 different POS, Auto-ID and laser dimensioning products. Acting as the principal of a technology firm since 2004, Chris has helped organizations successfully integrate best practices and training in the areas of document management, collaboration tools, automated data collection, broadcast and social media solutions.
